By using the website Melookyoubook.co.uk (and/or Melookyoubook.com and/or Melookyoubook.nl), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Disclaimer
Every effort was made to make sure the information on this website is correct. However, Melookyoubook does not assume any liability to any party for the consequences caused by any errors and/or missing information on this website. At all times Melookyoubook reserves the right to change the content of this website, including the terms and conditions.
Following the flight advice of Melookyoubook (whether free or paid advice) is always at your own risk. See Article 4 for more details.
2. Description of Service Disclaimer
In exchange for payment and based on the application form that you fill in, Melookyoubook provides personal and independent flight advice. To find the cheapest flights and routes, real people search an array of airline- and travel related websites. If necessary, Melookyoubook makes personal contact with airlines or travel agencies. Melookyoubook does not accept commissions or other rewards from airlines, travel agencies, ticket websites or any other stakeholders.
It is your responsibility to fill in the application form accurately and in its entirety. By sending the application form to Melookyoubook you confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions, but there are no further (payment) obligations at that point.
As soon as possible, Melookyoubook will send you an e-mail indicating whether your search query is accepted or rejected.
Melookyoubook reserves the right to reject search queries without further explanation. If Melookyoubook does not expect to find a lower fare than the one you have found, we will let you know.
When Melookyoubook indicates it accepts your query, you can proceed to payment of the relevant fee. To this end, you can transfer the required amount to the Paypal address or the bank account mentioned in our email to you. If such payment is not received, Melookyoubook is not obliged to send you the flight advice. On the other hand, if your payment is received, Melookyoubook will provide you with a flight advice within 48 hours of receiving said payment.
A Melookyoubook flight advice is £ 15 for flights within Europe (one-way or return). Returning from a different destination or to another airport than your departure airport entails another £ 15 charge. In other words: you are charged per flight route and flight advice, independent of the number of persons travelling (up to a maximum of 6).
For billing purposes, we consider within Europe as being the following destinations: all countries in the European Union (excluding their overseas territories) plus Albania, the Azores, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Canary Islands, the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Kosovo, Croatia, Macedonia, Madeira, Morocco, Moldavia, Montenegro, Norway (including Spitsbergen), Ukraine, Russia (only Moscow, Kaliningrad and Saint Petersburg), Serbia, Tunesia, Turkey, and Switzerland. Flights originating from or heading for destinations not mentioned above automatically qualify for the outside Europe rate.
A flight advice by Melookyoubook is £ 20.00 for a trip outside of Europe (one way or return), regardless of the number of passengers (up to and including six). When you return to a different destination than your point of departure, you pay another £ 20.00. For flights to multiple destinations outside of Europe, you pay £ 15.00 per destination. The return to your point of departure from the last destination costs another £ 15.00 extra. In some instances Melookyoubook agrees to a discount.
Melookyoubook reserves the right to change the price for a flight advice without notice. However, old prices continue to apply on accepted applications for flight advices which have not yet been finished.
When Melookyoubook receives the indicated amount of money, Melookyoubook will proceed to find the lowest possible airfares based on your wishes as indicated in the application form.
Within 24 hours of receiveing the indicated amount of money, Melookyoubook will send you the flight advice by e-mail. If possible, at least two alternative flight options will be given in the flight advice, with prices including taxes and surcharges in Pounds Sterling. You need to take into account a margin of approximately five Pounds either way due tocurrency fluctuations.
In the flight advice Melookyoubook will indicate which airlines you can fly with, where you can book the tickets and whether you must change planes or not. Depending on what you have stated in the application form, Melookyoubook will suggest alternative travel dates or nearby airports to fly from. In some instances Melookyoubook gives ground transport as an alternative or supplement to the flight.
3. Guarantee
Melookyoubook tries its utmost to find the cheapest flights for you. If you, within 24 hours after receiving the flight advice, find a flight that is more than £5.00 cheaper than the cheapest fare Melookyoubook has found (on the same route and dates and for the same number of passengers as indicated on the application form), Melookyoubook will refund the full amount paid for the flight advice. After 24 hours, you lose any right to a refund.
If, within 24 hours after Melookyoubook has sent you the flight advice, any airline or travel agent starts a promotional offer with cheaper fares than the ones found by Melookyoubook there is no right to a refund.
Our money-back guarantee only applies to tickets that can be booked by anyone. For example, it does not apply to special fares for students, inhabitants of a certain region, travel agency staff, airline staff, etc.
Our money-back guarantee does not apply to ground- or sea transport to your destination which is cheaper than the airfares found by Melookyoubook.
4. Private risk
Melookyoubook provides flight advice only. It is up to you to book the flight and to make further travel arrangements.
Melookyoubook is not responsible for flights that have become fully booked or fares that have gone up since the advice was given. Neither is Melookyoubook responsible for any errors you make when booking the tickets.
Following the flight advice as given by Melookyoubook is always at your own risk. Melookyoubook cannot be held responsible for missed flights or connections, denied access to a destination, loss of luggage, damage (financially, materially or other), injury, death, etc. that occurred as a direct or indirect result of following flight advice as given by Melookyoubook.
If the airline or travel agency where you booked your flight as recommended by Melookyoubook goes bankrupt, Melookyoubook is not responsible.
Please note the following points:
When booking your flight, you need to calculate enough transit time. You need to make sure you have all the required travel documents (visas, vaccinations, etc.) needed to visit the destination(s) of your trip. Melookyoubook is not responsible for any additional costs incurred during stopovers, delays or missed flights. Melookyoubook is not responsible for any additional charges imposed at a later date by governments or airlines.
Travel insurance is always recommended. It is not advisable to fly with airlines on the European Union's blacklist.
